Excellent service, very easy to navigate through the choices on offer and very detailed information about all hotels,flights and activities they offer.

Everything went smoothly and quickly and the price was very competitve

Very clear in the main, especially what the hotels look like and costs, not so clear on location, it is too easy to book something in a neighbouring town where you do not want to be! It should be flagged up that you are moving away from where you asked to search. I like that we pay it all now in £, then I do not get a % exchange fee and a foreign transaction fee, neither or which do you know until your credit card statement arrives. The Expedia way you know exactly what you have spent.

I would recommend Expedia. My issues are that I access the website from a mobile phone so it’s sometimes difficult to navigate
