Took a short while to work out but generally easy to understand / navigate.
Was slightly confusing that it said that a room had just been booked and it was not clear if another similar room was still available.

Ive tried booking a short break 3 times now, using my usual credit card, but each time Ive been told my booking cannot be confirmed but giving no reason why!
I know the personal details are correct, as are my card details, and my credit is good. Explain please !!!!!!!!!
