Terrible customer service.
Website did not process payment and still went through without giving me any notification. And Expedia had booked my holiday and took my money without letting me know. Utterly disappointed with them and they would not give any compensation.

Booking was easy. The stay was fantastic the only issue was that the bathroom fan/vent not sure what that is called was not working other then that it was great. Thank you i will for sure book through Expedia again.
