We input three children on the search and your site allowed us to select ages 13 and 14 however when I tried to book the children’s age only went up to 12. I called the customer service who acknowledged this problem then tried to book over the phone quoting a higher price to the one in front of me. I hung up then tried to search inputting all adults instead of children- again in a very short space of time getting a higher price, after calling back I was told the flights were no longer available and again quoted a higher price. After a final attempt online I got the original flights I wanted however felt exasperated in the process. Expedia, if you mean a child is between 0-12 then please set ALL filters on your site to this- not at the final hurdle!

My first Expedia booking and I suspect not the last, easy to follow site with the benefit of an “instant messaging” system direct to hotel which has proved beneficial already… all very good so far
