Quick & easy

It was mostly straight-forward but it was more complicated to find the specific hotel than it should have been

In case of another time I would prefer you added hotel reviews before someone booked. I had booked and paid before I saw customers review.
I tried to cancel but their policy says I couldn’t that if I did I won’t be refunded.

Its just so simple to use and a nice surprise at the end of it all when you get the total charges.

Excellent response whilst on holiday when asking for their help.

Start with the flight, then the hotel., then everything else.

Booking was slightly clunky in that selected flights were unavailable after initially showing as available

Easy to use website. Confirmation sent as advised and itinerary easy to find in the app

Very straight forward – easy to work out where the hotel was on the map and where I had to get to the next day- price easty to compare
