It was mostly straight-forward but it was more complicated to find the specific hotel than it should have been

In case of another time I would prefer you added hotel reviews before someone booked. I had booked and paid before I saw customers review.
I tried to cancel but their policy says I couldn’t that if I did I won’t be refunded.
