When booking through Expedia, I found it a bit confusing. I book a lot of hotels, flights, accommodation, trips etc. On this occasion, I searched through Trivago, where best price was through Expedia. Once on Expedia, I was then diverted to Hotels.com who thanked me for my booking and said I’d receive an email confirmation from ‘getaroom’. The hotel room was a great rate, but booked through USA and charged in dollars. I have received my itinerary, which breaks down costs, but I cannot find confirmation that I have booked breakfast. Despite emailing their customer helpline twice, to clarify, I have had no response. Our trip is on Saturday, so I will find out on check-in.
