Very disappointed!! Your site does not make it clear what hotel terms are being booked. I needed half but when the confirmation came through from the Sands Hotel in Bournemouth, it was for bed and breakfast only. I wrongly assumed that I would be able to add dinner to our bookings by phoning the hotel only to be told that they did not recognize my booking and also only accepted five daily periods at their hotel. They made it clear that they could not help me. My wife, her sister and myself are all in our eighties and were looking forward to a pleasant break which I have had to cancel. Resulting in a cancellation fee of £435.03 To which booking reference does this apply. One room with double bed reference 30329 the other room with twin beds reference 30328. I have a double room price of £343.90 and the twin bed room at £419.40.
So where does the £435.03 come from?

After searching but while I pay will shown ‘ Your choice no longer available. Prices are likely to increase’. And other point is I through a cashback link but can’t get my cashback.

I always feel put off by pricing that I choose to later find that the price is only valid if I pay for something else, I would prefer if it was done the other way round!
