I could book a flight to orkney. i dod not like that i felt forced to book hotel and retal car there too.

Yes you can give me my tickets straight away, I’m using the airline website to book seats and it just said tickets not paid for yet.. so your with holding my money

I received a confusing email after booking which seemed to say that I needed to pay at the hotel, where in fact I believe I’ve already paid. The booking info on the app was contradictory about children and adults definition and I can’t actually log into the app to read any of my messages as the verification code returns ‘system error our end’ and my password won’t work.
