Easy to use

The service is great and very trusted. Although our booking wasn’t completed correctly we were charged for the flights and not the hotel even though we booked the package. We tried numerous times and we kept getting the same error messages. We ended up needing to use the chat fucktion for help and was connected through to an agent who helped us. Bit it made the whole process very stressfull as it’s alot of money to be charged on your credit card then be pending then drop off then be recharges successfully. But thankfully the agent was able to re book our hotel at the original price so we didn’t loose out.
